A free on-site visit with measurements, honest options and a written scope for installation, repair or upgrades, with no pressure to decide.
The best way to compare irrigation options is to have someone look at your actual yard. Photos and phone calls cannot show the slope of your lawn, the age of your valves, the water pressure at the spigot or how the beds are planted. A free visit lets us see the real situation, measure what matters and give you numbers that fit your property rather than a general price list.
During the visit we walk the property with you, listen to what you want and look closely at what exists: heads, valves, controller, backflow device and the lawn itself. For new systems we measure the yard and the water supply. For repairs we test zones and trace problems. You get honest options, which may include doing less than you expected, and a written scope that lists what is included. There is no obligation and no pressure, and you can compare our scope with any other you receive.
Measurements and tests on site mean a scope that fits your property, not a guess.
We explain choices, including smaller ones, and say plainly what we recommend and why.
The scope lists what is included, so you can compare it with other proposals.
You decide on your timetable, and we schedule only when you say go.

We explain your options for zones, heads, drip, controllers and savings, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the lawn, driveways and beds and mark every head, valve and pipe run before we dig.
We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.
We program the controller, test every zone with you, walk through watering and winterizing in plain steps and set a reminder for your next check.
