Wasteful overspray, runoff and brown patches corrected by fixing coverage, matching nozzles and tuning schedules zone by zone.
Two kinds of watering problems often live in the same yard: too much water in the wrong places and too little in the right ones. Water sprays onto the driveway, runs down the street and pools on a low edge while a patch near the fence turns brown. Owners respond by running the system longer, which makes the wet places wetter and the bill larger without fixing the dry ones.
We solve these problems by looking at each zone as a system. Dry spots usually come from misaligned heads, mixed nozzle types, low pressure, clogged parts or poor spacing. Overspray and runoff come from wide arcs, high precipitation rates on clay and slopes, or heads too close to hardscape. We correct each cause with the right adjustments, matched nozzles, pressure regulation and cycle and soak programming, then run the zone to confirm the lawn is watered evenly.
We watch each zone run and map wet spots, dry spots and runoff to their causes.
Mixed nozzle types on one zone cause uneven watering, so we make them consistent.
Cycle and soak and the right run times let water soak in instead of running off.
Where spacing or head placement is wrong, we move or add heads for even coverage.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new system, a repair or a tune-up, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, find the water source and valves, test pressure and flow, look at every head and zone and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for zones, heads, drip, controllers and savings, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the lawn, driveways and beds and mark every head, valve and pipe run before we dig.
We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.
We program the controller, test every zone with you, walk through watering and winterizing in plain steps and set a reminder for your next check.
Heads may be misaligned or mismatched, pressure may be uneven or coverage may be poor. A zone-by-zone check finds which.
Heads may spray past the lawn, or water is applied faster than the soil can take it. Arcs and cycle and soak help.
Usually not. It wastes water and floods other spots. The cause of the dry spot needs to be corrected.
It is how fast a head applies water. Matching it across a zone is key to even watering.
Yes. A tune-up often handles many of these problems in a single visit.
