Irrigation installed at the right moment in a new build, after grading and before sod, so the lawn gets a healthy start and the schedule stays on track.
A new house is a busy construction site, and irrigation has a narrow window. It has to go in after rough grading and utilities are set, and before sod, seed, driveways and landscaping make trenching difficult. Miss that window and the lawn is installed over a system that is hard to add later. Hit it, and the yard is watered from its first week, which is when new grass is the most fragile.
We coordinate with builders, landscapers and owners so irrigation arrives when it should. Sleeves under drives and walks are planned early, the water tap and backflow device are located with the plumber and zones are laid out around the final landscape plan. We install pipe and valves, set heads at finished grade and leave the system tested and ready for sod. If the grade changes later, we adjust heads and add records to the file.
We schedule around grading, utilities, driveways and sod so the system goes in at the right moment.
Pipe sleeves under drives and walks avoid cutting concrete later and keep the schedule moving.
Zones follow the landscape plan, with beds, lawn and any future additions in mind.
Heads are set to finished grade and every zone is tested before grass goes down.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new system, a repair or a tune-up, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, find the water source and valves, test pressure and flow, look at every head and zone and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for zones, heads, drip, controllers and savings, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the lawn, driveways and beds and mark every head, valve and pipe run before we dig.
We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.
We program the controller, test every zone with you, walk through watering and winterizing in plain steps and set a reminder for your next check.
