Automatic in-ground sprinkler systems designed zone by zone, installed with quality parts and programmed so your lawn and beds get what they need.
A well-built irrigation system is mostly out of sight, and that is exactly why it matters how it is made. Under the lawn there are pipes, valves, wires and fittings that have to carry water at the right pressure to every head, in the right amount, on the right schedule. A system thrown together from a kit tends to give you wet spots, dry spots and a bill that keeps climbing. A designed system gives each part of the yard what it needs and does it quietly while you are asleep.
We start by looking at your property: the size and shape of the lawn, the beds, the slopes, the sun and shade, the soil and the water supply. We measure pressure and flow, because those numbers decide how many zones you need. Then we lay out the heads for even coverage, choose rotors, sprays or drip for each area and give you a written scope. Installation is done with careful trenching, clean connections and a lawn restored as we go.
We measure pressure and flow and plan heads and zones on paper first, so coverage is even and nothing is guessed.
Rotors for open lawn, sprays for tight spaces and drip for beds keep water where plants can use it.
Valves, fittings and heads are chosen to hold up to Tennessee clay, summer heat and winter freezes.
Every zone is tested and the controller is set for your plants and soil, then explained in plain words.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new system, a repair or a tune-up, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, find the water source and valves, test pressure and flow, look at every head and zone and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for zones, heads, drip, controllers and savings, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the lawn, driveways and beds and mark every head, valve and pipe run before we dig.
We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.
We program the controller, test every zone with you, walk through watering and winterizing in plain steps and set a reminder for your next check.
Many homes take a few days from layout to start-up, depending on yard size, soil and weather. We give a schedule in the written scope.
Trenching is needed, but we use methods that limit damage, keep the sod, and restore the soil and grass along each line.
That depends on your water flow and pressure, the areas to cover and the head types. We measure before we design.
Rules vary by water provider and city. We explain what applies and include the required backflow device in the plan.
Yes. A good system leaves room for added zones, and drip lines are easy to add where they make sense.
