Hidden leaks found with careful testing and repaired with minimal digging, so you stop wasting water and stop paying for it.
A sprinkler leak does not always announce itself. A broken head makes a fountain, but a cracked pipe or a failing valve may only leave a soggy patch, a spot of unusually green grass or a drop in pressure. Meanwhile the water meter keeps spinning. A small leak can waste thousands of gallons over a season and can undermine soil, driveways and foundations over time.
We find leaks by testing zone by zone. We check the meter with the system off, look at valve boxes for water, watch pressure as zones run and trace wet areas to the source. Once located, we dig carefully and repair the pipe or fitting with proper couplings, replace failed valves and flush the line before backfilling. We restore soil and sod and test again, then explain what failed so you know whether it is a one-time break or a sign of aging pipe.
We check the meter, pressure and each valve box to narrow down where water is going.
Once we find the leak, we dig only what is needed and keep sod and soil in good shape.
Real couplings and fittings, solvent welded or clamped properly, not tape and hope.
We tell you whether the leak was a fluke, from freezing, or from aging pipe, so you can plan.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new system, a repair or a tune-up, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, find the water source and valves, test pressure and flow, look at every head and zone and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for zones, heads, drip, controllers and savings, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the lawn, driveways and beds and mark every head, valve and pipe run before we dig.
We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.
We program the controller, test every zone with you, walk through watering and winterizing in plain steps and set a reminder for your next check.
Look for soggy or unusually green spots, low pressure, a water bill that jumped and a meter that moves with everything off.
Over time, yes. Constant water can wash out soil and soften the base under slabs and pavement.
It depends on the size, but even small leaks can waste a lot of water over a season. Fixing them early pays off.
No. We locate the leak first and dig only the spot that needs repair.
Often. Water left in lines can freeze and split pipes and fittings, which is why we recommend winterization.
