A summer checkup that cleans nozzles, adjusts heads, fixes small leaks and resets schedules, keeping your lawn green through the hottest weeks.
By midsummer, many irrigation systems have drifted out of tune. Mowers have clipped heads, grass has grown over nozzles, a few spots have turned brown and the schedule set in spring no longer matches the weather. Left alone, small problems become big ones, because a hot dry week in July can undo a good lawn faster than almost anything. A tune-up catches the drift while there is still time to fix it.
We run every zone and look carefully for misaimed heads, clogged nozzles, sunken or tilted heads, leaks and low pressure. We clean and adjust, replace small parts on the spot and trim grass around heads. We review your controller and update the schedule for the season. If we see brown spots that cannot be fixed by an adjustment, we trace them to the cause. You get a brief summary of what was done and recommendations for any larger repair, along with notes for the rest of the season.
Heads, nozzles and schedules drift over a season, and a tune-up brings them back in line.
Nozzles, adjustments and common small parts are handled during the visit.
We update run times for summer heat and rainfall so the lawn is neither stressed nor soaked.
Brown patches are tracked to their cause, not just watered more.

We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.

Midsummer is ideal, once heads and lawns have shown any problems, but before the hottest weeks stress the grass.
