A new sprinkler system installed in an established yard with minimal disruption, using careful trenching or pipe pulling to protect the lawn you already have.
Many homes were built without sprinklers, and owners often assume that adding one means tearing up the lawn. It does not have to. A retrofit is planned around what is already there: mature grass, trees, beds, patios and walks. The goal is to put pipe and valves where they are needed with as little damage as possible, then leave the yard looking like we were never there.
We use low-impact methods wherever they fit. A pipe puller or narrow trencher cuts a thin slot rather than a wide ditch, and we lift sod in strips so it can be laid back over the line. Routes are planned around tree roots, utilities and hardscape, with sleeves or boring under walks and drives. After installation we fill and tamp the soil, replace sod and show you how to water the repaired lines so they knit back together quickly.
Pipe pulling and narrow trenching keep the damage to a thin line instead of a wide scar.
We lift sod in strips and lay it back, then show you how to water it so it knits together.
Routes avoid large tree roots and respect utilities, walks, patios and beds.
Boring or sleeves carry pipe under hardscape without cutting concrete or pavers.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new system, a repair or a tune-up, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, find the water source and valves, test pressure and flow, look at every head and zone and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for zones, heads, drip, controllers and savings, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the lawn, driveways and beds and mark every head, valve and pipe run before we dig.
We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.
We program the controller, test every zone with you, walk through watering and winterizing in plain steps and set a reminder for your next check.
No. We use narrow trenching or pipe pulling, lift sod in strips and replace it, so repairs fade quickly with good watering.
Often a few weeks in the growing season with regular watering. Cool-season lawns recover most easily in spring and fall.
