Controller programs built zone by zone for your plants, soil and season, with cycle and soak and seasonal adjustments explained clearly.
A sprinkler system is only as good as its schedule, and most schedules are guesses. Owners set a time once and leave it, or they have a controller with every zone set to the same minutes. Yet a sunny slope, a shaded bed and a flat lawn with clay soil each need a different amount of water, applied in a different way. Poor schedules cause both dry grass and wet feet, and they quietly waste water through the whole season.
We program each zone for what it serves: the head type and its precipitation rate, the plant type, soil, slope and sun exposure. We set start times, run times and watering days, add cycle and soak for slopes and clay and plan seasonal adjustments for spring, summer and fall. You get a clear sheet showing each zone and its settings, and we teach you how to make simple seasonal adjustments or to rely on a smart controller if you have one.
Run times reflect head type, plants, soil, slope and sun, not a one-size-fits-all setting.
Short cycles with soak time in between put water into clay and slopes instead of the street.
We set a spring, summer and fall plan so adjustments are simple and the lawn gets what it needs.
You receive a clear sheet of settings and a quick lesson on adjusting them.

You tell us about your yard and what you want, a new system, a repair or a tune-up, and we set a visit that fits your day.
We walk the property, find the water source and valves, test pressure and flow, look at every head and zone and take photos of anything of note.
We explain your options for zones, heads, drip, controllers and savings, sketch the layout and give you a written scope with clear timing and pricing.
We arrange for underground utilities to be located, protect the lawn, driveways and beds and mark every head, valve and pipe run before we dig.
We install or repair pipe, valves, heads and wiring with the right parts for each zone, flush the lines and keep the site tidy as we work.
We program the controller, test every zone with you, walk through watering and winterizing in plain steps and set a reminder for your next check.
It depends on head type, soil, plants and season. Our watering calculator gives a starting point and we fine-tune on site.
Deep watering a few days a week usually beats daily watering for established lawns.
Early morning, before sunrise, tends to lose the least water and helps the lawn dry during the day.
Yes. Plants need far more water in summer than in spring and fall, so run times should follow.
