Small yards need precise watering. Here is how to keep water on the lawn and off the walls, walks and neighbors.
Small yards pack a lot into little space: a patch of lawn, a few beds, a patio and often shared walls and fences. Standard sprinklers do not fit. A spray pattern designed for a wide lawn shoots over the grass of a narrow strip and wets the fence, the neighbor or the walkway. Hand watering takes time, and a missed week in July leaves bare spots.
We design compact systems with narrow-strip and adjustable-arc nozzles, pressure-regulated bodies and drip for beds and containers. Heads are placed carefully, and coverage is tested so water lands only where it belongs. We work with associations to meet their rules and keep the controller simple. In many townhomes the whole system has just a few zones, which makes it affordable and easy to understand.
